  The sixrooms office is just round the corner from the flats which made collecting keys and dropping off luggage very convenient. The studio we rented was very well equipped, had a big shower and was very clean and modern. - I liked the place.   Great location, just two blocks away from "Puerta del sol" and "Plaza mayor". Clean rooms and bathroom at a great price. Public parking is just 1/2 a block away. It's a great base location to walk around Madrid. Senora Remedios and Mr Vicente are the very friendly couple that runs the place. Firstly, it's location 5-10 minute walking distance to everywhere (Train station, bus stop to the airport, monuments, popular squares) There is also one supermarket in 3 minute walking distance in which one can buy products in reasonable prices to prepare breakfast and dinner in the shared kitchen. Ar - Good location roughly 50 meters away from the city center. Reasonable price for the room and the staff were helpful and friendly.

  The hostal was basic but excellent value for money. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the location was superb just off the Grand Via and within walking distance of all city attractions. In fact we cancelled another booking for later on in the holiday so that we could stay here again.This is a bed for the night, not a place to hang out in, ... ce que les gens disent » and as such is perfect for the budget traveller. - The staff were friendly and did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible, and for the quality of the room, the price was absolutely excellent. The room had free wifi and air conditioning, which ensured we had a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic, right in the shopping area of Madrid.

  location is brilliant. so easy to explore the city. everything within walking distance, even metro station. room was good + good value for money. loved the cultural vibe of Madrid. this was our first day in Europe/Spain & started off terribly, but both Raul & Reuben were absolutely amazing! they could speak english and sorted out our probl... ce que les gens disent » ems with shuttle service who had ridden off with some of our bags. they helped us retrieve our lost luggage at airport. I cannot praise them highly en - Up to the moment I entered the hostal I didn't have great expectations. Once inside the room I felt very spanish and ready to conquer the world. Extremely cosy, warm, very clean and friendly, well located, close to Gran Via and therefore close to everything in Madrid the hostal offered us the best opportunity in Madrid for feeling excellent. For people willing to go to Madrid I would kindly suggest to have a very pleasant stay at hostal America.

  First of all, we have to say that the staff was unbelievable!! All of them were extremely friendly and extremely helpful as we had lots of questions and requests. The room was exactly what we needed…no complaints. We stayed for 2 nights and you cannot beat the price. Thank you for making our stay in Madrid an unforgettable and excellent experienc - Hotel staff spoke very good English, and they were very pleasant. It was very quiet inside all the hallways and doors, so I knew I would be able to sleep well. Safe. We had a key to get into the building later in the evening. The evening staff worked very hard to print out a ticket for us. He was very kind to do so. Polite, honest, hard working. The mini frig was a wonderful item, as was the hairdryer. I would gladly recommend the Hostal, especially if you want to be in the center of Madrid.
