  One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in on a city break in another country. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful for our entire stay. Our family room consisted of two double rooms with interconnecting doors and most impressive bathrooms and both very clean. The minibar was stocked with bottles of complimentary water. They even let our friends(not staying at the hotel) to use their luggage room -the design of everything in the hotel was wonderful -there is a steambath,free of charge -there where all kinds of staff for one time use in the bathroom (even tooth paste and brush,shaver and shaving cream)

It is located on La Rambla and in walking distance of Barcelona shopping districts. It is very close to a Metro station which makes the rest of Barcelona accessible. A short walk gets you to the nearest metro station which is Urgell and from there - The reception staff were exceptional in their help and efficiency. Overall the cleanliness and functionality of the apartment was the best I have stayed in to date in Barcelona (and I have stayed in approximately 8 other apartments in the city). Location wise this was perfect, not noisy and convenient for many of the attractions if that is what people require. However, the plethora of nearby drinking and eating establishments will keep the weary traveller fed and watered from a limited budget t
