This hostel is nicer than many hotels.I had a private double room with ensuite and it was huge! The room had dark blinds to block noise, air conditioning and an enormous, comfortable bed. I had the best night sleep in my whole European travels at UHostel.

Rudy made my experience in Madrid so great. He's so helpful and goes above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to making the guests happy. The hostel has a huge common room so it's very easy for people to meet each other. The other staff members are equally as nice. Could not fault this hostel, staff where really helpful and friendly and hostel was perfectly clean and you got a good free breakfast. It also is in an excellent loaction right near the cool Malansa area with all vintage shops and cool bars and you could walk to any major attraction in 2Omins. As a solo female traveller I felt totally at home, would stay here again if I was in madrid and would recomend to anyone!

It's a perfect place to stay in Madrid. it was the best hostel i've ever stayed. Why?
1. Clean and beautiful. For me its the most important criteria - to have a clean bath and bed. Here everything looked new and smart. Cool design in corridors and inside the rooms.
2. Friendly and very helpful stuff. They will help you to organize the stay better

Hostel is at a perfect location, close to Plaza del Sol, tons of bars and clubs and Prado museum. Athough it is in a loud area, the hostel itself is pretty peaceful and sleeping problems caused by outside noise are non-existent.
Hostel staff is probably the friendliest and more helpful than I've ever seen. They are always ready to answer any questions and request within their power.
The design is simply wonderful and refreshing. The rooms are so clean that you could probably eat off the floor
