A great place to stay for a visit to Madrid. Absolutely the perfect
location. So close to Malasaña yet only 10-15mins walk from Sol.

The hostal is just 2-3 minutes walking distance from the center of the city.
The staff was speaking english and they were very friendly (they even called for us to book a flamengo night as we don't speak spanish).They offered us free coffee and cookies every day.They kept ur luggages safe and secure in the room for hours after the check out without paying anything.
I strongly recommend this hostal if you want an economic,friendly,nice decorated place to stay in Madrid!

This place is truly Home away from Home. The lady who runs the place is so nice, very friendly and keeps the place immaculate. The rooms with shower are nice and spacious with moder decor and the single room without shower where I was staying is very comfortable with fridge and microwave. The commune shower room is private and always kept very clean. We made a booking for 2 nights and got a good room that was to the inside of building.
There were 2 head boards, which showed that the 3rd bed was just makeshift.
But we had adequate space and ample light, so I'm not complaining.

This is rather a 3 star hotel not just a hostel - the rooms are small but are really cosy and comfortable; the furniture is new and there is enough place to put all your the baggage; it was extremely clean (we had our room cleaned every day); there`s free wi-fi which is fast; the personal speaks English which is quite an advantage in Spain; location - perfect - 2 mins to Gran Via and not more than 20 mins to Puerta del Sol and at the same time it was not noisy at all.

you want, kitchen as well. They organize group things every night which
is good to get know every one.. Loved it and recommend it! :) and about
some prior comment's they now have light's on the bed and the
door's they can only be open with the key from the outside of the
