  friendly staff, very clean and tidy, nice neighborhood, very cosy livingroom - I liked that rooms are air conditioned and there is a kitchen for guests available and fee wifi. The personell helped with parking in nearby garrage with a feasible price.

  The room size was just fine. We had double bad, desk + some drawers. Room has been cleaned everyday, was really clean, same as bathroom. In room we had a tv, little fridge and hair dryier. Stuff were really friendly. Hotel is pretty small has got 7 rooms, and there is one nice common area for all of guests. Nice suprise first day we had a welcome ... ce que les gens disent » breakfest. Location is good as well, not in so touristic area (that is how you can feel local atmosphere) but not so far from all atractions - 35 min - We booked for 2 nights but stayed for 5 nights! After flight delays from Venice we arrived 6 hours late, but manager stayed around to let us in. We chose a smaller room with a shared bathroom/toilet, but we still had a private hand basin in our room. Not many rooms occupied which meant we pretty much had the place to ourselves (mid-December). Our room was cleaned spotlesslessly every day. Our extra days seemed to include a free breakfast because we paid the lady in person. If we had booked onli

  - Le réceptionniste très gentil nous a très bien accueillis et donné des informations intéressantes sur Barcelone - la chambre était grande - la salle de bain était bien surtout la douche - It was a great apartment, about 2 mins from the metro station, not even a 10minute walk to Park Guell and if you want to walk to the city, it took us about ... ce que les gens disent » 20mins...so very close. The man who checked us in was very nice and also gave us loads of information about what to do and see in Barcelona and also the surroundings. Thank you, we had a great stay - We're very satisfied with the kindness of the staff (Enrique). The accomodation is close to the metro, at a few stops away from the city centre, but in a very quiet road that let us sleep with open windows. If you want you can have a drink nearby too. The shower was great.
