  The personal it´s very kind and friendly, and they were always very helpful, specially the owner of the hotel. He always very willing to help and advise me to move more easily around the city. The hotel's location is excellent, just 3 minutes walk from the metro station Sol and just 1 min. Walk from metro Opera. Rooms were small but cosy, and with plenty of space to put your luggage/stuff, big tables (if you want to use your laptop etc), minifridge. With the windows closed there is no problem with the noise from the busy street on which it is located.

  The hostel is really close to the city center, you can walk all day and meet the most important turistic points!!   I love the location of the place. the Hostel is not busy or full of people, which I really enjoyed. It it is small, staff is very friendly and the price is good. we had a room with two double beds, we were with 2 girls - The place where the hostel is amazing.   In early Aug 2013, it was very hot in Madrid. I arrived to find there was no aircon in any room due to a generator failure. Too tired to relocate I stayed anyway. It was a very hot and uncomfortable night. The following day, management were quick to apologize, gave the first night free and upgraded my status to include b'fast for all 3 mornings of... ce que les gens disent » my stay. Bravo! If this is an indication of Eurostar policy, I am impressed. - Hotel is renovated and is very trendy, our room was good and clean. Cleaning was done well. We had no problems at all. We didn't take breakfast so cannot comment on it. It is well situated, with a tube stop just 3 minutes walk from the door. All major tourists sites are withing walking distance, Plaza del Sol only 5-7 mins away (Prado musem is about 15-20 minutes, so as Plaza Espania).

  The staff was very nice and helpful, though did not speak English. The shared bathrooms and our room were clean as well. I would choose this Pension again. - The room was clean, the lady at the reception is very kind and helpful. Very good quality/price, 2 minutes away from noviciado Metro.

  Value for money; the room we had was very small but we spent most of our time discovering the city so that was enough for us. It is the very centre of Madrid, Metro stations & bus stops are nearby.
