Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'ambiance et le confort de la chambre. La situation de l'hôtel est un atout indiscutable: à deux pas du métro Callao sans pour autant avoir le bruit de la gran Via. Le contraste entre l'architecture de l'Immeuble et de son hall avec l'Hotel est tres étonnant. Et pour ceux qui ont besoin de repères linguistiques, on y parle

L'accueil en français. La décoration de la chambre est sympa et plutôt design. Point positif: climatisation, le jaccuzzi dans la chambre et la situation géographique.

I am so sorry that I haven't asked the name of that super professional and kind guy at the reception. He was extremely careful, helped us out with all our questions and made sure that we were comfortable and safe all the time. The three recommendations he gave us (breakfast place, lunch place and pizza place) were all great. The hotel itself was not exactly what we were waiting for, but the location is great and everything was so easy. Recommend it.

It is very clean, comfortable, and staffs are friendly too. The location is in the city centre, and just 3 mins to metro station. It is an amazing hotel that we would love to visit again if we are going to Madrid again. -

The location was wonderful and even though the staff didn't know any English, we didn't have any trouble checking in. We stayed in the family apartment with a private bathroom and there was plenty of space to move around. No crowding. The kitchenette was really helpful for keeping cold drinks and making oatmeal in the morning. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.
