Maria Del Pi church, with many restaurants, cafes, and shops seconds
away from the front door. Esp. On weekends it also was a central place
for street performers, many excellent. We had a balcony overlooking the

Location, location, location. As all the travel guides say, you must get one of the rooms with a tiny balcony overlooking the square. Fabulous ever changing show to watch from the room, not noisy during normal sleeping hours. In the heart of the old city, yet tucked away. We walked everywhere. Helpful, friendly, efficient staff. Great hot water.

It's very nice appartment, almost in the center of the city, 10 minutes walking from Plaza de Espana and 15 minutes - from Plaza de Catalunya. Location is great.
And Paulo, the host, was very nice and helpful.
Room was quite comfortable and clean.
But there are 5 rooms and you have to keep quiet to not disturb your neighbors .
Minimal breakfast is included .

Appart. Agréable, bien situé (proche des bus et métro), propriétairestrès sympa, rien à dire... - Excellent accueil du propriétaire. Studio blanc très bien équipé et décoré. Neuf. Climatisation. Quartier résidentiel calme. Un peu loin du centre ville. Mais le métro Alfonse X est tout proche. La plage à 1/2 h. tout compris. C'est un rez de chaussée
