The Hospederia was an old Hospital for Pilgrams and a monastery. It has been fixed up with rooms. The staff were helpful. The rooms clean as well as the bathhrooms. The breakfasts were routine buffet style and more than adequate.
I had one meal ( lunch) in the dining room. They serve a Menu del Dia. Once again budget friendly , not a gourmet meal

I liked everything! It's right beside the Cathedral. The building itself is beautiful, the rooms are basic but very clean. Breakfast was lovely, all staff were very helpful. The city is Santiago is beautiful, it's definitely a place I will go back to and would recommend it to everyone. There's such a good atmosphere there, everyone is relaxed and friendly.

What can I say !! This is a beautiful little apartment overlooking
Inmaculada Square. One could also see the Cathedral. We arrived at
Plaza Do Obradoiro where I parked and Lavinia went off to find Ines the
owner of the apartment.Ten minutes later she arrived with Ines in
Ines' car. We transferred our luggage and then followed Ines to the
car park

There are nothing bad to talk about this place. The location is perfect,
behind of La Catedral de Compostela (the main church) and right in the
middle of the old city, full of restaurants, souvenirs stores and bars.
The room is very comfortable, like a small apartment with new facilities
and a very good view. Ines, the hostess, is best friend you could have
in your stay. She will try her best to make you feel comfortable and
tell you everything you must see/do, do not forget to have a nice
talk

We stayed as a family of 4 at the Montes Pension Boutique as a city
break to Santiago in July. The location is perfect, just around the
corner from the cathedral and main square. Staff extremely friendly and
couldn't be more helpful. The rooms are spotless, airy and bright

fantastic staff--helpful, efficient, engaging. location--right in the middle of Santiago's "old city" and a block from their famed cathedral. Sound-proofed rooms--which i had no idea would be so important...and i still don't know how they do it! Tiny terrace with a great view and fresh air.
Spotlessly clean-with great bed linens.

Chambre avec beaucoup de charme. Impeccable et à deux pas de la Cathédrale - The service was outstanding, the breakfast was fantastic and well worth the 9euros/person, the location of the hotel was perfect and quiet, and our room was great. Request the Pablo Picasso room for a unique experience and a great view (50m away) of the Santiago Cathedral

Close to the catheral / tourist attractions. The hotel (apartment) bought a new kettle for us when there was none. There are kitchenette, hair-dryers, iron and ironing board etc

Location was excellent. I stayed for three nights, I was in room 1, which was above the reception and kitchen area, very loud in the morning, banging doors etc... I asked to change rooms which they they did, They moved me to the top room on the 3rd floor, no problem. -
