  The room was minimalistic (in the design sense) and very nice. It also was very clean. The location of the hotel was awesome: right next to the Arc of Triumph (of Barcelona) and a subway station, and a few blocks away of the most interesting places for shopping, going out at night and sightseeing (except for the Gaudí buildings: La Pedrera, La Sag... ce que les gens disent » rada Familia, etc., which aren't that near (not too far either)). - great location, very friendly staff, wonderful rooms well equipped... Best place to stay where in the front you have bus stop, metro station, a nice park to relax, restaurants... Simply great!

  The hotel had a lot of charm. It was clean (clean towels daily and beds changed during a 5 night stay), a great shower with plenty of very hot water, comfy beds and heating! The staff were friendly and very helpful. Although quite basic the breakfasts were fresh and plentiful. The position of the hotel just off La Rambla was superb. It's a great hotel for a group of friends on a short break - The location was brilliant! - just off La Ramblas, 2 minutes walk from the metro and 3 minutes walk from a Carrefour supermarket. Our room was simple but comfortable enough for our needs. We were particularly pleased to have a room on the fifth floor - it meant that our room was very quiet. We couldn't hear the street noise at all, which meant that after a day surrounded by the buzz of the city, our room was a good place to relax, switch off from the noise, and sleep!   The spacious, comfortable apartment was one of the highlights of an excellent trip to Barcelona. It was located just five minutes from the Diagonal metro in a lovely neighborhood. Our room was very clean and functional. It is close to the downtown. In my opinion, it is an ideal choice for budget-minded travelers.
