  The hotel is in a quiet street so there's no problem getting to sleep at night or having a lie in in the morning. Only a 10 minute walk to the bars, clubs and restaurants of Barri Gotic and la Rambla and there's metro stop Arc de Triomf 2 minutes away so it's easy to go out, safe to walk home at night and in close proximity to a beautiful park and... ce que les gens disent » the beach. We took a superior room so we had a small outdoor conservatory that was simply luxurious and the high-tech shower for two was great. Impec - We were happily surprised. It is a low profile hotel. No grand entrance, but home like. The room was spacious, clean, newly styled, comfortable with a wonderful balcony view of the city. The hotel is about a block away from a beautiful archway and walkway, not covered on the bus tours. The neigherhood is safe and there is life going on up until 2:00 a.m., but it does not disturb the guests. We loved it. This hotel can accomodate those with who walk with a cane/walker.   My wife and I stayed in this new small Hotel (six rooms) last week and loved it. Staff was so kind, friendly and helpful. We really felt better then home, the place has got a fantastic decor (just renovsted) and they had lot of attention to every detail and to our needs.   the location of the hotel was excellent. It was in a street which was almost in the middle of the La Rambla. The hotel was clean enough and safe because they were not letting everybody to enter to the hotel you have to ring the bell to enter day and night. The Liceu metro station was 3 minutes far from the hotel. It is perfectly located for the fabulous Bouqueria Market, shopping, tapas and bars. The rooms are bright, modern, spacious, comfortable, and the staff were great. I would happily stay there again and recommend it to all. Great value for money

  Central location is perfect for walking all over town. It is right by Placa Catalyna where the buses from the airport arrive and metro station as well as trains out of Barca. Our second stay we were given room 202 which is a double with on-suite bath and a balcony onto main street. People watching was great fun. If you want uber posh it's not for you. - The staff was generally friendly/helpful. The Day staff are more english helpful/friendly, the night staff generally doesn't know anything other than Spanish & a lot stricter, but was the same at all my friends hostels anyways. Good price & great location. Was very quiet as needed too.
