Personnel très serviable, grande chambre - The breakfast buffet was excelent, always with a selection of fresh fruit, different kinds of bread and products from the region, from marmelades to sausages. The apartment we stayed in La Plazuela was unique and we really enjoyed the decoration of the house and the spa bath (not a hot tub). It is located really close to the main square so an ideal location to explore the old town. The house was spacious and comfortable and the owners made a real effort to greet us despite our language barrier. -

Very friendy with guests and very helpful in solving problems.

Lovely hotel. The inside is much better than the outside. don't judge a book ... We had a good welcome from the friendly staff and the room was clean and comfortable. It's a short walk to the Plaza Mayor once you get your bearings. If we went to Caceres again we would stay here -

The hotel was in an excellent location on the Plaza Mayor. Very close to the monuments, shopping and restaurants. The hotel is about a 30 minute walk from the bus station - very manageable. I had a room that faced the street with a nice balcony - a bit noisy on Friday and Saturday night but that is to be expected. The staff was extremely nice

This hotel is a gem (as long as you don't mind carrying your luggage upstairs). Beautifully decorated and furnished room, walls throughout the hotel covered with original paintings and tapestries, countless articles of historical interest displayed. It's more like a museum than a hotel. One minute's walk from the historic centre and 5 minutes walk from the car park.

After a long drive from Portugal easy to find. Own restaurant on site, reasonable price 3 course meal (liminted choice) included wine. Although waiteress spoke no english she managed to explain the menu. help your self continental breakfast.Good for overnight stop. -

We only used this guest house as a one night stopover and therefore was not able to use the facilities available. It is a lovely modern property and we were made very welcome but left to our own devices as the owners live off site. We think it is an excellent place to stay if exploring the city and district. Especially good for a family stay.

The mananger and the cleaning lady were very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with establishing our internet connection and the manager was very helpful fixing the problem for us. The location was excellent and value for money. -
