Spacious, bright, airy and quiet top floor 2 bedroom apartment with access to roof terrace, a rare find in central Plaza Real just off Ramblas with helpful, friendly staff. Everything you may need are provided in the apartment. I am very happy with this place. Plaza Real is an interesting building / structure to discover. The location of the hotel is fantastic, 2 mins walk and you in La Rambles. The apartments are tastefully furnished and well equipped.

Placa Reial is a lovely square with lots of bars, restaurants etc and next to La Rambla. Renovated, nice appartment. Nice kitchen one can cook in and have breakfast etc. Great if you don't want to stay in a hotel, prefer autonomy and don't care about fresh towels every day. great location in the historical centre of the city, we could see the beautiful old square from our windows. Die Lage ist ideal!. Comfort. being in the square, privacy, location. Kitchenette basic, but sufficient for breakfast or snacks when there are plenty of cafes on the doorstep. Stairs. It was at 3rd floor - I knew it before we went. It was very difficult to carry luggage while walking. There is no lift in the building and it was 5 flights on stairs with a heavy suitcase. After a long flight, the last thing i wish to do is carry my suitcase up 5 flights of stairs. All the tv channels are in Spanish. It would be nice to add some english language channels for international travellers. -not good for people who don’t stand a noise during the night. There is a club in the apartment on the first floor (Barcelona Pipa Club). The club is great by the way. If you want to stay in this apartment you have to bear in mind that you are directly in the center of Barcelona night life so noisy nights are part of a deal... The STAIRS Quite noisy at night I was on the top floor the WIFI reception wasnt that good. No elevator. 4th floor no elevator. My apartment was on the 4th floor, something I found out a week before arriving - no lift. The building is very old and a bit smelly, not hugely clean. The apartment itself was not very clean (not nice to look at dirty curtains). it was noisy in the nights, because there are many restaurants and night clubs around. there is no elevator and it was quite difficult to get up to the fourth floor with the kids. No view from the terrace. the noise of people leaving the pippa club, look it up, 3 to 5 am every night shouting and screaming and banging doors.
