good locaction in the centre of the old town spacious apartment quiet area nice small balconies very friendly and helpful staff

a little bit dirty, especially on the floor under the beds leak from shower had caused mould on the wall in bedroom, not so healthy silverware, glasses and plates not so many in the kitchen

The apartment was half the price of two hotel rooms in the Gothic Quarter for our party of 5. The location was great, but it was a 5-8 minute walk from where we had to pick up our key, so it was a haul because we had a TON of luggage and 2 people in their 70s. But staff helped us with our luggage, and our departure taxi met us nearer to the apartment, so it wak ok. The apartment was small but clean, with two twins in one room and a queen bed in the other. There was also a pullout sofa downstairs. 4 seats at the dining table. 1 bath upstairs between the 2 bedrooms with a shower - could use some shelves or hooks to hang things - but otherwise clean and functional. Location was fantastic to explore the Gothis Quarter and El Born. Great balcony!

Simple sleek minimal style accomodation. We had attic apartment and were pleasantly surprised to find a great outdoor terrace with loungers and table and stools. Great views amongst the rooftops of the barri gothic. Felt safe and secure. Helpful staff around most of the day. Pretty high up with massive drop off terrace so perhaps not great if your kids are naughty and don't listen to your absolute rules re looking over the edge! But we loved soaking up a little sunshine up there and eating breakfast alfresco!

The apartment is a little walk from where you pick up the key, therefore a little further away from where you thought it was. Not quite so central. But not much in it. A few more kitchen utensils would have been helpful but we managed.

I liked the close proximity to all attractions and within walking distance to most, lovely sushi restaurant close by too. Also it was very clean and staff were friendly and polite.

nursery opposite so a bit noisy but not to bad, didn't need an alarm clock though.

I have nothing to complain about our stay at AinB Gothic. We were 6 friends staying over a weekend to celebrate a 30th birthday and absolutely loved our apartment. Very clean, walking distance to just about anything, the neighborhood is lovely and staff was very friendly. Will definitely stay there again if I go to Barcelona.

Only downside, could be a bit noisy cause of the thin walls. Nothing earplugs can't help :)

Was great value for money with very clean rooms. The rooms were bright and airy with all amenities you could need. Location in the old city was great.

A group of 10 of us (all aged between 28-40) were visiting Barcelona for the weekend and found these apartments perfect for our needs. Comfortable beds, clean, working bathroom and kitchen facilities, a great location and friendly staff on arrival who allowed us to leave our bags there while we explored the city before check in.

The apartment is great for a couple. If there is a 3rd person sleeping on a couch it is a bit annoying because a couch is creaking.

Location, staff at the building, cleaning service. A spatious lift - not that common in BCN.

A bit noisy and a bit too cold inside in December even when heating at maximum. The sofa-bed could be more confortable.

Great location! You can easily have fun staying here.

The place is run down. We had a bottom floor, which was stuffy. But we were not in the room long to really care.

Friendly Receptionist, 24h Service.

I had cancelled one Night and still did not get an answer about the refund. There was no Sofa in the room. Instead another bed which was not that cosy. Description of the appartment slightly different to actual.

-Cleaning was not enough; every other day and cleaning toilet and changing towels. Do not clean the kitchen or floor. -Two floors

The staff who receive us is not friendly, internet is not working on the first night and the philipino reception tell me will call me back but never did; They charge my credit card more money around 80euros more than it should...i have to call them to tell them that they charge wrong to return it back when i check my credit card bill after my vocation....

Misleading location, the location is not the same as shown in the map. It's far away from the shown location around 20 min walking. Also , there is no services at all as there is no lobby. Generally it's extremely disappointed.
