The hotel is very near the airport, so if you're flying early the next day (as I was), it's very convenient. The hotel is stylishly designed, and includes a nice interior bar/restaurant as well as outside terrace and paddleball court. The hotel has its own underground parking deck, but I ended up parking on the street next to the hotel for free. The staff was very efficient, friendly and helpful.

Professionalisme - Nous n'avons séjourné au Tryp que pour nous rapprocher de l'aéroport deMadrid, car nous prenions un vol tôt le lendemain. C'était aussi leseul hôtel qui proposait des chambres familiales, du moins, de ce quej'ai pu voir.

Room had tv (with English channels), quality wifi, hotel interior and exterior so nice. After checking in we thought about staying in our room rather than going outside. It was that good. A taxi from the area of the Prado took us to this airport area hotel, the Axor Feria, a sister to its more elegant sister hotel right next door. Taxi cost was 23.35 euro (we had two carryons and two back packs). Be aware it’s a long drive, more so with heavy commute traffic so allow time.

This hotel was located very near the airport and has a great shuttle
service. Also a 5 minute walk and you are at a bus stop that takes you
to the metro station. The rooms were very clean, the hotel smelled
wonderful and the breakfast was good. We stayed there our 1st night in
Madrid and booked it again for our last 2 nights in Madrid. Our son
stayed our late one night and it's about a 20 euro taxi ride from
downtown Madrid to the hotel.

Last summer I stayed for the first time at Axor Barajas both for business (The University of Arizona, USA) and pleasure (Family European vacation) I can't say enough of the quality for the price.....it is a bargain. We stayed at the Axor for one night before our flight home after touring around Spain. Super modern hotel very close to the airport. We must have been upgraded, because our soom was huge. We had a whole studio with a sleek bathroom.The shuttle was excellent. We used it from the airport after dropping off our rental car and then the next morning back to the airport for our flight.
