  Ralph and his lovely wife Charlene work extremely hard and are very gracious hosts. They both go the 'extra mile' in ensuring that you are comfortable and happy. The rooms were spotless, Charlene is very hands on and works with her staff. They assisted my sister and I by recommending restaurants, game lodges and scenic drives.
