Extremely friendly staff, very nice atmosphere, clean, comfortable, they made a great effort to provide lactose free breakfast and responded promptly and in a very courteous manner. I certainly can recommend the place.
The only drawback is that the hotel is a 30 minute walk from the city centre, or a 15 minute Metro ride. It is still manageable but makes returning to the hotel in the daytime (in between sightseeing) a little cumbersome.
If you want to rest on the separate picturecque island combining developed infrastructure of the comfortable city and living in the cosy apartments like a little castel. You should visit this hotel. You will enjoy yourselves.
The room is very clean and cosy. The staffs there are very kind and helpful. I am very satisfied with it.
The location is great, close to the metro station and walking distance from Nevskyi Prospect. The breakfast is very nice and changes every day. The rooms are great with air condition. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. When I was there, one of the receptionist was on holiday. I want to thank the three remaining ones for being friendly and enthusiastic despite working on 24 hours shifts. Very well done. Internet works well and reliably in the hotel and is free. These days this should be standard, but it is not, hence extra points for Trezzini.
The room was not done properly every day. For example, while water for tea is offered, I only go tea bags the first day. To the extent that the room is done, it is done very late in the day. In order to enter the hotel one has to ring the bell and the receptionist has to open the door. I prefer to be a bit more anonymous in hotels and have my comings and goings less controlled.
The extremely helpful and friendly team of young staffmembers made it a pleasure to stay here. The charming room, with balcony, was particularly pleasant to come home to. Location, only a few minutes from the metro, via a pedestrian shoppong mall was very convenient

The staff was very nice and helpful and the hotel is situated in the wider centre of the city, just 15 minuts walk from the Winter Palace and Ermitage Museum.
However, everything was stinking by amateurism and the building from the street looked a bit neglected. There is also no elevator, so I had to bring down my 25kg luggage from the stairs on my own. This I certainly didn´t expect from something describing itself as a 4* hotel. It resembles much more the the little family lodging house.
The decoration is exceptional.
It was too warm in the room (due to central heating?) and we had to turn on the AC, although there was a note asking not to turn it on (??)
