Everything was perfect!
Perfect location, comfortable, everything in the hotel is new and clean, very quiet although close to centrum
Breakfast room is too small, no free tables on weekend
staff was very helpful, prefect english, knowledgable.
none.
Very clean and very comfortable. Staff speak perfect english and were very kind and helping. You get what you pay for.
Quite a walk from the metro station but if you know the bus number to the hotel, the bus stop is not far away. There are various buses and so it would be better to call and ask what bus to take. They will help you right away.
good location, good staff, very nice room
very poor breackfast, was not tasty. very short glass door in bath and on adjacent wall - a hook for towel and bathrobe, and at the end of washing this things was wet and the floor was in water
The Hotel is located on the other side of the river Neva. The nearest metro station “Gorkovskaya” is about 10 min. On foot. Therefore it is better to use the bridges and be in the center… So the location is pretty good for walkers. The hotel room was clean and well prepared. Breakfast made a big impression. The breakfast room is a little bit small, but food quality and selection meets the highest expectations. If you are looking for entertainment (bars, restaurants, swimming pool, gym, etc.) – choose another hotel… This hotel, in general, is a very good place for comfortable sleep and delicious breakfast.
Staff were super friendly and helpful. Well maintained. Comfortable. Easy access to main sites.
Nothing.
The amount of food and different choices for breakfast was great. The staff very polite and helpfull.
Nothing bad to say.
The staff where extremely nice, very friendly, and really helpful. Definitely value for money. Rooms are fabulous and clean. Location is not perfect but very good.
We chose to go in early March for our wedding anniverssary. The hotel is located within walking distance (for us 70-year olds) of Peterand Paul fortress and the Hermitage crossing two different pairs of bridges across the Neva in each case. The steadily reducing distance as you approach lends an enchantment to the panorama you may not enjoy staying in the heart of the city. We stayed three nights and there were four different receptionists during that time. Each spoke excellent English, was cheerful, courteous and helpful. Breakfast is the only meal on offer in the small dining room but was such a spread you could satisfy the choosiest and heartiest appetite. For a visit to Russia it is hard to believe we could have chosen better.
We had to return to England.
stylish, comfortable, clean
Comfortable room. Just few steps from Peter and Paul fortress.
Small room. Assortment was too small for breakfast, especially fruits. There was no restaurant.
