It is located at a walking distance of two metro station of the Nevskii Prospekt and there is a large variety of restaurants, souvenir shop and food ones in the neighborhood.   We get the smart deal so the room was big for a small price. This is a big business hotel so there are services according to. - The room was ok. The location was also ok. It took 15 minutes from the hotel to the center of St. Petursburg by car.
