The family were fantastic nothing was too much trouble. As a large group
of friends 13 in total all needs were catered for. If information or
requests needed and not understood all we needed to do was type request
onto the computer and it was translated for the manager and answered for

The family were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble,breakfast was good and so well presented.
Room was clean but small but not a problem location good not far to walk to main shopping and tourist areas.

Location was excellent, a short walk to both Zakopane town centre and the nearby Ski slopes.
The breakfast is awesome, easily as good as 4* and even some 5* ski resorts in parts of Austria and Chamonix previously.

We spent a week in a groundfloor apartment at this hotel in February. The location is great, very close to the center. Very close also to Szymoszkowa ski lift (less than 1km). Breakfast was very good, with lots of cheese, fruits, vegetables and a different cake each morning (which our kids really enjoyed). I really enjoyed this apartment, the location and the staff! Everything
occurred according to the plan, and if not so, the staff dealt with it
instantaneously. Good english speaking staff, not so common in those
areas witch is good. It has a supermarket meters away witch is great to
enjoy your apartment.

A great location, a bit far from the city centre, but we thought it rather a plus as it was peaceful and quite with a magnificent view on the mountains and fields. The host was friendly, good-speaking russian, told us about places of interest and where we can walk to see more and to make some good snaps. He made us welcome and was very kind. It was so pleasure to have some time next to the fireplace afterwards busy day in trips and walks among mountains.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel very much! It is very close to the center of Zakopane by foot and to the bus station. The staff was very nice, the room was huge, the bathroom was clean, there were bottles of free mineral water in the rooms everyday. The breakfast was the best I've seen in a while, there was a big variaty of food to choose from. The wellness part was also very clean, well organized, with everything you need to chill out. Rooms were spacious, clean and had plenty of shelves to place items of clothing away which don't require hanging space.
Also the location was quiet with wonderful views.
