I thought the location and staff in particular is what makes this hotel very special. It is a brand new hotel opened only in July 2013. I can genuinly recommend this hotel to everyone. The best place to stay in Krakow and it is a real value for money. WELL done to all staff and keep on doing a good job. I will defenitely stay there again -

And the location is excellent. Just next to the Carmelite Church (referenced in travel guides) and less than a 10min walk to Cracow's old square.

The location was brilliant and we were close to everything which was a real plus. Staff were also very friendly and helpful with great English. The apartment was great - it was in a fantastic location near to the main square with plenty of little cafes and bars nearby. The apartment was very good for the price, very clean and had a lot of space. We would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment, with kitchen, dishwasher, plenty of crockery, a huge balcony with barbecue, big bathroom, free private parking, dogs are free, near the apartmanet a 24 hour supermarket.

This was a great apartment. I arrived early, but Tomasz rang me and told me that I could have the apartment early and he met me outside. I was even left a mobile phone to use with his number in it just in case you need him for anything and I could also use it to call friends there instead of using mine.
