  We have stayed in the hotel for 1 night only, needing a good place to sleep somewhere in the centre of town. The parking is on site, which is a big plus when you travel by car - dont have to leave it outside on the street as in many other places in Krakow. Wifi, well equipped gym (didnt use it though :-) ), good breakfast (no eggs or sausages, but... ce que les gens disent » toasts, fresh coffee, cold meals and big plus for 'drozdzowki' - polish will understand). The most of all, hotel is in great location - just go out a - I absolutely loved this Hotel. As a gym fanatic I was impressed with the facilities 24/7 (and even classes) the staff were incredible, couldn't do enough for you...advice on places to go, booking cabs, and sending my hat back that I left in the room. The room although small was clean, comfortable and modern, the breakfast was basic but I had my own porridge with me anyway and the staff let me use the microwave...thank you Atlantic, I will be back soon!!!!

  Fantastic hostel! The location is excellent, right in the heart of Krakow's Old Town and just 10-15 mins walk from the station. The hostel itself was very clean, the staff were friendly, the beds were really comfortable with fresh sheets provided. There was plenty of locker space with complete wifi coverage and breakfast thrown in. The staff...Omid and Reza are friendly and helpful and they go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. Since it is a fairly new hostel, it is a work in progress..so they are still improving it. It is clean, safe and inexpensive, an excellent place to see the sights and experience Krakow by foot. All the interesting place are walkable.

  Staff was very friendly. The cafe downstairs was a nice place to sit and have a drink. Rooms were clean and comfortable. As mentioned in other reviews, they do not clean and change linen or towels during your stay (we stayed 4 nights), but this was O.K. with us. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we returned to Krakow! - It was amazing value for money. The cafe/reception was one of my favourite things in Krakow with great food, drink and prices and the atmosphere was second to none. The staff were SO nice and the rooms are warm, clean and comfortable. I have stayed here twice and will stay here again for sure.

  As soon as I booked this apartment, I received an email from the hotel asking if my husband and I needed a transfer from the airport. This was a very kind gesture because it made it very easy for us to not have to worry about finding a ride to the hotel. T - We stayed in Krakow at May. Hotel occupies the 1st floor in old building. There are two types of rooms with view on the internal yard or on the street. Both are ok. Yard is silent (bird's songs at the morning). Noise till to 4-5 a.m. from the street in the second case (no condition system - window was open at the night), more vital and dynamic view. Ideal location (close to the Market Square and Wawel Castle). Good helpful staff. Facilities are ok. Good ratio price-quality.

  The staff of the Hotel Alef was fantastic. They were all (and that is rare) incredible friendly and helpful and were willing to organize everything in a blink of an eye. They answered my e-mails sent before the trip promptly.The room was very basic, but perfectly clean and the bathroom was renovated. Location was perfect, right beside the castl - The hotel Alef was extremely clean and had charm and character, with great paintings and ornaments throughout. I loved the power shower and had no complaints with the breakfast buffet~ simple but effective. The hotel is in a perfect location for walking into Krakow centre. The staff were nice and helpful and my group of friends and I would certainly stop again :)

Parking gardé à proximité - Walking distance of the castle and old town and Jewish Quarter. Great Price. The reason for the price is the location (5th floor). The people in the building and neighborhood are friendly. There is plenty of room ... ce que les gens disent » in the apartment. All tv is in Polish. Great chance to learn Polish if you want. All the free cigarette smoke you want in the stair case up the 5 floors of walking too! You do not have to buy your cigarettes just breath the air! Parking is only $11/day on the street! You must pay from - Robert the owner was very efficient in answering any queries that we had. He ensured our stay was comfortable. Location was perfect, approx 15 minute walk from the old town and 2 minutes from the jewish quarter. Apartments wer clean and well equipped. I would highly recommend staying here.

  hotel tout neuf en centre ville...parfait - suite à un petit probleme (1 chambre envahie par des moustiques), le personnel fut tres reactif et a trouve une solution hébergement temporaire dans un autre établissement). Personnel très agréable et serviable, pas de probleme pour petit dejeuner à 4h30 du matin, le jour de notre départ..
