Our one bed on the 4th floor was lovely, clean and comfortable - room
710. The decor was tasteful and we even had a bit of a view from our
picture windows. Mirrored ceiling gave the place a very spacious feel

Amazing value for money. This is an unusual and slightly quirky hotel. It has been modernised to a good standard and the rooms have a number of unusual features such as hand painted murals, brick arches, crazy paved marble flooring and a small fitted kitchen area. The location is excellent - literally a stone's throw from the market square - hidden away in a quiet street. willingness to do whatever was required to make our stay as comfortable
as expected is something we appreciate.
It’s a nice place, you all are very kind and it’s on a unbeatable location.

The staff is very friendly, helpful and kind. They give you interesting advice about outtings. We were allocated room 12 which is next to a conference room. We were
woken every morning early by a very loud group on team building
exercises/conference. Apart from this the hotel is really nice but
avoid a room near the conference room especially if you have had a late
night, as a sleep in after 0830 will be impossible.

with an extra fan as it was a little warm in our room. The location is
amazing for the price just off the main square. And on the south side so
closer to the Jewish quarter, Castle etc. I recommend room 8 for a party
of up to 5 and would stop here again if I visit Krakow agai

Booking rating fully corresponded with expectation and therefore reflected also into the reality. Hotel very clean, rooms had decent modern style.

We stayed in the Galeria II, good size for 4 adults. Location is excellant, can walk to the Square in 10 minutes. A 24-hour supermarket is directly under the building with no extra noise. The balcony was a nice extra, we used this quite alot. Nice area with plenty of shops, you can get on the Tram outside the building. We would recommend this Apar

attractions. The heated tile floor felt wonderful on cold snowy days.
The spa tub was a plus! Nice to have a convience store right below us.
