The location of the hotel was perfect, breakfast was great, rooms very clean, staff friendly and helpful. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and certainly go back again.

The hotel is in a perfect location within easy walking distance of the main square. Our room was very big and well furnished.

The hotel is opposite a McDonalds which is open 24 hours. It was extremely noisy all night even though the room was double glazed. If I stayed there again I would ensure that our room was on the other side of the hotel.

Great decor, very picturesque, very comfortable beds, excellent breakfasts, very clean, staff very pleasant, helpful and a good command of English; excellent Bar with wide range of drinks, great position near the City Wall and northern gate, easy access to the station and to the main square.

Nothing really!!! The restaurant only served breakfasts, no lunches and no evening meals but there are plenty of excellent restaurants close by with a wide range of excellent menus.

This hotel is a real gem. Centrally located, stylish décor and really helpful staff. The hotel was warm and comfortable and the rooms clean and tidy. All the staff were first class. The buffet breakfast was very good and the staff in the breakfast room were friendly and helpful. It was a treat to sit in the small lounge bar after a long day walking the city streets. I will be staying here again.

This is an amazing and beautiful hotel, you could not get a more convenient location for the city centre. It's right in there amongst the bars, restaurants and clubs. The view from the rooms is of the original city walls and turrets. Brilliant place.

We absolutely loved this hotel - it has an excellent location and highly efficient staff - we travelled as a party of four - myself, husband and my elderly parents - the hotel staff were so kind and had everything organised (taxi, tours etc.) for us so we didn't have to worry about anything - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Krakow

The hotel is in an excellent location, very well decorated, Very large rooms with a very good breakfast and polite staff!

Furniture is a bit shabby and in need of renovation, insufficient water pressure in the shower, a little noisy rooms on the road, traveling with children!Do not count on airport transfers!From reception organized TAXI drivers who do not speak English!Result we were taken to the wrong terminal and had to catch a plane at the last moment with a lot of running and additional costs for other traffic!

There was nothing to dislike. Street noise but that is not the fault of the hotel. Ask for a room at the back if you want a quiet room

Good location, just a few minutes walk to the central of tourist area, very helpful and friendly staffs, what I love most is the cozy old style hotel, which given me a home feeling....I will certainly recommend to friends and come back again to the same hotel.

Very well-located in the historic centre of Krakow, 5 minutes walk from the Rynek (market square). Friendly personnel, nice room, which despite the heatwave and the absence of air-co kept an acceptable temperature. Lots of life 24/7 in the surrounding area without it being noisy in the late evening/night. All-in-all, an excellent place to stay.

The breakfast coffee was decidedly German-inspired, that is, mainly brown water kept more or less warm for long periods ... Luckily, there was an excellent Coffee Haven 30 metres away with real espresso ,-)

Did not enjoy the breakfast ... saw a waiter handling the rolls with his hands. This is not hygenic. Hotel is too hot ... even without the heating on.

We booked a trip to the Salt Mines at hotel reception and our transport sadly didn't arrive.

The hotel was in a perfect location, a short walk to centre. A beautiful room with great view.

What we did nt like, was the noise from the street. Our room was at the front of the hotel.

Excellent location, strong wifi signal with a few ports to choose from. The hotel staff was friendly and exercised some flexibility, for e.g. we were allowed to check in early and were offered a choice to have our breakfast that very morning or the next.

Furnishing is a bit too old for our liking but definitely fit the old town image.

Near to old town square and Krakow station. Castles and shopping center and park just out side of hotel,got everything you want near by. Perfect.
