The room and the shower were really nice. Renovated. I would recommend for weekends, not for more.

No shampoo. We were in the 2nd floor, room 6 and there was a smell from the restaurant below, even though we hadn't opened the window. No soundproof walls, the couple next to us was really active... :-P

Staff we helpful, spoke great English. Happy to give maps, and show sights. Location - 1min from main square - 10min walk to train station. Clean Hot, nice showers Generous room size

Location was very good, staff friendly, nice apartment.

They wanted 400zlotys deposit cash which wasn't mentioned anywhere when I booked! Lights at the top of the stairs didn't come on until halfway down had to use phone torch! Shower head was broken!

Location, location, location, not even 1 minute from main square. Good value for money, very clean apartment, extremely helpful staff full of knowledge.

Personnel very friendly. In the middle of downtown.

Our room was in the first floor with window on the interior cort, and there always was some smell (fat/oil) from the kitchen. Reception is open only at some hours during the day.

The lovely lady on reception was very welcoming and helpful. Provided us with an extra fan as it was a little warm in our room. The location is amazing for the price just off the main square. And on the south side so closer to the Jewish quarter, Castle etc. I recommend room 8 for a party of up to 5 and would stop here again if I visit Krakow again

There wasn't a sign outside so wasn't easy to find the apartments from the street. It was really hot whilst we were there 39 degrees C on our first day and Air Con would have made it more comfortable. Wasn't a problem to us but both rooms were on the 2nd & 3rd floors and there was no lift.

Very spacious and lots of room! Clean, close to the city square

The staff was not around very often. We checked in late and checked out early, so the staff was not there for either check in or check out. Payment was needed in cash. No air conditioning in rooms, but very noisy outside to leave windows open.

Very large, had all facilities needed, middle of city and really helpfull staff and management

Very noisy as had bar/restaurant below and could hear all noises from outside all night

problems with WIFI and cable Tv.... too noisy and well...Poalnd ISN'T the friendliest country in the world. 1st and last time there.
