  The receptionist (the Spanish / Norwegian one) was very charming. These kind of people make a hotel for what it is. Taking some time for small talk and giving you some trivial information about the area. The room was as expected, clean, proper but not too spacious. Distance from bus or city center are ok, but it´s a little off. Reception showed us a good restaurant near hotel its name was PitzaExpress and I recommend hotel and PitzaExpress to everyone

  Très bon buffet, internet en accès libre - Excellent and very friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The location could not be better being very central to everything in town. - Location, Cleanliness- the room was spotless, the view from the the front room- you have to pay for that but it worth, the pleasent stuff

  Everything! The lady who checked us in after being in transit for 38 hours was nothing but helpful and greeted us warmly. We were even informed that we were upgraded to a business class room which was greatly appreciated. We also had 2 separate bookings as we had 3 night tour booked and re-checking in when we had to was no problem at all. the brea... ce que les gens disent » kfast is fantastic with so much variety. Yes it can be busy at times but that is to be expected. The staff work efficiently to clear tables and assist - very nice staff and very good location. it locates the center of tromso and just 2 min walk from the central bus station. The facilities in hotel is good. I'm impressed with the sauna with amazing night view on the 10th floor...more importantly it's free!! Strongly recommend it! and the room rate is quite reasonable=D

SAS Flybus stops at the Radisson which is approx 100 metres away so you can catch the Flybus from the Airport which is only 50NOK instead of using a taxi.   The room was surprisingly cosy, despite ugly exterior of the hotel. Nice seating area. Great view from the window. Close to the airport. We had to leave early, so we got tasty sandwiches instead of breakfast - very convenient! - I chose the "good" for location, but this was good for me.
