The hotel is decorated in a modern way so many things are plain but nice at the same time. - The hotel is in a good location with walking distance to shops, restaurants, buses, trams, and subway. The staff is available 24/7, pleasant, and accommodating. Free internet access on a computer situated in the lobby was a plus. Free coffee/tea machine in lobby also a plus, although none in room. Breakfast was excellent, with new weekend hours 8-12. Bed was comfortable. Room clean.

Good central location, easy to walk to all attractions from the hotel. The rooms were basic and small but clean and the bed was comfortable. For the price in Oslo it was excellent value for money. WIFI was fast. We didnt have breakfast here (95 krona) but wished we had, seeing as Oslo is such an expensive city, we went to a bakery and ended up pay

My daughter and I loved Smart Hotel! Our room was so clean and comfortable 638. We stayed from Friday to Sunday and then went to Porsgrunn. Unfortunately we didn't book for our return stay and had to book into a different hotel :( as Smart Hotel was fully booked. Loved everything about it. Thanks for a wonderful stay - so friendly and welcoming, Will be back! xx

The reception Staff were very polite and friendly, as were the staff in the restaurant too. Incidentally the Breakfast was also very nice with a wide selection too. The standard room was small but clean and very modern. I would stay again, however perhaps invest in a slightly larger room for a well needed extra bit of space. -

Location is simple the best for travelers - central location in the city, I can hop on/off my room during the day easily (e.g. to drop down the bulky souvenirs, to take some rest, etc.)
Room is clean and spacious for a single room
Breakfast is good and included (do the math when comparing the room price in Oslo, because food here is not cheap) -

I like the concept: a luxury hotel room with a kitchenette. Good bed, with enough cushons to get cozy. Right around the corner there is a shop open 7-23 and 10 meters further a shop open all night. on 2 min walking distance to the busstop to the center. Nice and safe neighboorhood. Pharmacy around the corner. Some shops in the neighbouring streets.
307 is a large studio in olive and purple with unique old stove. 412 is "large hotelroom size" with green/ brown colors, and a balcony.
