Very modern and well kept. Location is very good. Nice breakfast and worth the 12 Euros.
Pillows were larger than normal. I didn't notice before bed, if I did I would have requested normal size pillows for sleeping. However the bed was super soft and I had a great sleep even without a pillow.
Bed on the second floor was very comfortable and the room was very quiet. The bathroom has marble floors that are radiant heat! The internet worked perfectly and the staff was lovely and kind and helpful.
My towels were ripped six inches down the side so it made a bad impression. The towels were also very thin and cheap looking like Motel 6. Need to be bath sheets 30x70inches to feel luxurious. I also was never told where was the breakfast room, the cost or what was available so I never had breakfast at the hotel.
Excellent location, close to all museums,to the concert hall, and a major supermarket. There're lots of restaurants close by. The room on the top floor was very spacious an quiet. Nice park view.
Pillows are huge and uncomfortale. I asked for smaller ones and they were provided, but those were awfully uncomfortable as well. Didn't try their breakast, can't comment on that.
The service was terrific. the room was a bit small and the bathroom a bit small but certainly no smaller than in most other European hotels

Actually, i quite like the location. It is not exactly at the center but it is very easy to get there ans also the place is calm and hollandese. The stuff is polite and helpfull. The hotel itself is clean,small and cosy.

The hotel is located in a very quiet and elegant part of town, near a beautiful park. Location is great for those visiting main museums in Amsterdam. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable, and with a nice view on a park. This hotel is ideal if you want to stay in a small and quiet hotel, and yet receive excellent value for money. Probably business travellers would prefer to stay in a different kind of facility, but for tourists and those wishing to stay in a very quiet place this hotel is highly reccomended. Also very convenient for public transport, as Van Gogh Museum tram stop is just three minutes away.

The hotel is located in a beautiful neighborhood next to the wonderful Vondel park. Close to the museums and great connections by tram to the city center. It's a great place to get away from the hussle and bussle of the busy center and to experience a nice neighborhood of Amsterdam. The hotel is completely new and very clean, the bedroom was very nice, we loved the floor heating in the bathroom, and the house keeping do a great job. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We had a great stay and definitely recommend this hotel! P.S. Check out "The Seafood Bar" close by for lunch, great place!

The location of the hotel is super: close to the museum district and to some great non-touristy restaurants. Proximity to Vondelpark is also great. The staff of the hotel was helpful, accommodating, and very responsible.
I stayed in a single room which was tiny. Perhaps it's typical for Amsterdam, but it was so small that a comfortable chair could not be accommodated. That said, the very small space was efficiently designed and the bathroom was very nice.

Excellent quiet location within walking distance of 3 famous museums and one concert hall and only 2 tram stops away from Leidseplein. Spacious room, overlooking the park, comfortable bed. Nice friendly and prompt staff.

Parkview hotel is a very nice little hotel close to the centre of Amsterdam. It is close to all major attractions or just a team ride away. The area is nice and quiet. The room is fine and the dtaff friendly and helpful. Highly recommendable.

It had an excellent location for us; very quiet, next to the Vondel Park but close to the Mueums and Concertgebouw. A short walk into the centre and the squares. Well appointed room, well serviced and friendly hotel.
The ceiling aircon dripped into the room leaving a wet patch on the carpet. But the staff knew and were waiting for a service engineer. But that's all...it didn't detract from our stay.
I just loved my stay at Hotel Parkview. I've stayed on the last floor, the room is big, very comfortable, very clean, excellent shower, the staff were very kind and friendly. And a perfect location: right beside the VoldelPark, you can hear the wind at the trees , and it's so good! Definitely I am going to recommend and come back to Hotel Parkview!!!

Far exceeded expectations. Modern decor, impeccable bathroom and bed sheets, location to die for. I had my coffee and pastry in Volgen Park (right across the hotel) every morning. Very close to the shopping area and the museums. staff, so friendly and they literally bend over backwards to help you out. Very knowledgeable as well. The value for the price you pay is unbelievable. Definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.
The rooms are a bit small for people coming from US. I guess that is the case in general in Amsterdam.
The whole hotel was excellent,rooms were clean and spacious.The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful.Would definatly stay there again.
