Small, clean and nice riad with a very helpful staff, including the owners. Special thanks to Abdul in the reseption who is a wonderful person.Location very good - near to the big square and the souks. Rich and good breakfast served by nice kitchen staff.
The nightguard didn't really bother when we wake him up because we were sick and needed some help.
Beautiful architecture. Great location, just a few blocks from main square. Lovely breakfast on roof. Very helpful staff. Had English speaking television stations--CNN, BBC. Best value for $ of 4 excellent places we stayed at in Morocco.
Problem with electricity and charging iPad, phone, Nook. Resolved all but iPad.
The rooms were very comfortable and a reasonable size. The breakfasts on the roof terrace were lovely! Location was great for the Souks.
The noise - from either the reception or the mosques. So it was difficult to get a decent sleep before 11pm and after 5am.

Do barulho. Não do Riad mas do mundo exterior, mas estando no coração da medina já estava à espera. Noise. Not from the Riad but from outside world, but being in the heart of the Medina district it is quite normal.
This riad is simply a great place to stay. The beautiful house provides you with a spot to escape from the hustle and bustle of the surrounding streets that make out the centre of Marrakech. The staff is both discrete and helpful, and will do everything do make your stay as comfortable as possible (for example, we could leave our luggage there for three days while we went for a desert trip). It's a delight to have breakfast on the roof, and the small pool is ideal to cool down before going to sleep. In short, I would advise this place to anybody asking me for a nice place in Marrakech.
It's almost not worth mentioning given the great experience we had there, but for completeness: it happened that nobody was present at the reception for a while, but this has never caused us any problems.
Helpful staff, they are young but can organise anything for you in no time. Great breakfast on the rooftop. Miniature rooftop pool where you can refresh yourself while listening to the sounds of the city.

I have just one word for the riad Mouna and the team : perfect . Sandrine was very prompt and nice with us and hold our bagage for 3 days . The team was very friendly and honest and they found solutions for all of ours requests. One more time thank you !
We have stayed only 4 days . My wife want to come again in Marrakech only if we can find place in riad Mouna . We didn't have time to try the massage but next time 100 % . I can't find anything negativ about this place and these peoples . The location is perfect , the Riad is very clean , quiet .
The rooms where a very generous size and decorated tastefully. The staff where helpful and it was situated in a central part of the Medina giving easy access to the square etc. The breakfasts very very pleasant on the roof top and we managed to soak up some sun by the pool for a few hours.

A small discrepancy when settling the bill. Seemed a bit more than I originally thought. Not too bad however, probably my mistake and wouldn't put me off the riad mouna.

The staff were incredibly helpful, the Riad was very clean and characteristic, the location central. Although it was only a minute away from the main square, the Riad was very quiet ...a little oasis! We had breakfast in the terrace every morning, which was lovely and a great start to the day! This Riad is definitely good value for money and ideal for couples or friends wanting to be in easy reach of main attractions.
Lovely riad, beautifully decoreted, clean, confortable and relaxed atmosphere. Although the room wasn´t big It´s very warm. Kind staff, they help you in all you need. Above all the localitation in the most remarkable thing of this riad because it´s just in the main place of Marrakech Jemaa El Fna, and it´s very easy to get it.
Love that they had a personal hammam and massage room!
There was no water in the rooftop pool in December and there are only bathtubs in the room.
