I loved everything about this Riad. From the welcome I received through to the excellent service. I stayed in two different rooms and they were both extremely comfortable and luxurious. The meals are also fantastic, and like the acommodation, excellent value. Breakfast on the roof top is fantastic. Ahmad who serves the breakfast always has a lovely smile to greet all the guests in the morning, as do the rest of the crew throughout the day. The staff can't do enough to help you. I liked it so much I stayed for 10 days and will go back there for my brithday next year.
Beautiful riad at the edge of where it all happens in Marrakesh. Inside it an oasis of tranquility. Made out of 5 (?) houses and very warm decorated. Large roof terrace with warm and working (not common in Morocco) jacuzzi fantastic view on Marrakesh and the Atlas mountains. Very helpful and friendly staff
The breakfast was even for Moroccan standards very simple. Also price/quality of the evening menu was below Moroccan average. But besides that, it was perfect!
The terrace at the top of the raid was fantastic, having breakfast there is a great start of the day. A lot of seating places in the common areas where you can have mint tea and relax.
You may expect midnight visitors such as cats in your room.

It's a nice Riad with a lovely roof terras. Very near to a lovely restaurant.
Not all the staff members speak English. Our bathroom floaded every time we took a shower.
+ Personell was very helpful. Even brought us all the way to Djemaa el Fna (big square) because we got lost. Also arranged a rent car for us. + Great comfortable and nice looking rooms. + Nice breakfast at the roof terras. + Location is great. Just right in the hectic medina.
- There are 4 pools. Two outside (roof terras) and two inside the Riad. One of the outside pools was out of order. So there was only one small jacuzzu/pool available.
An absolute luxurious building, an oasi in the middle of the medina. The staff were fabolous, had the best dinners of our stay in Marrakech for a reasonable price, the room was extremely spacious and confortable. All the structure was very clean. The view from the terrace in amazing, i thing is one of the highest in the medina.

The Riad is very charming, rooms are beautifully decorated, the three swimming pools are a plus in the extremely hot Marrakech during summer, breakfast is delicious and abundant... and the Riad is perfectly located within the Medina and just 10 minutes walking to Jemaa El Fna square.
To say something, the Internet connection failed frequently and we have no access in our room.
The riad is very interesting with a lot of character. The terrace with small pools has views over the streets below, really enjoyed relaxing up here. Safe haven from outside. The room was nice but very hot!
Be careful in the streets around the riad. Locals constantly hassled us and tried to send us in the wrong direction. Though close to the main square beware of anyone giving directions as they try they confuse you then try to get money from you. This put a damper on our trip to Marrakech!
A friend a of my recommended an it was a beautiful experience, I enjoyed very much and this hotel make my trip very beautiful, the hotel offer a very good place to work as spa, small pool to refresh from the hit and a really good atmosphere
I have not bad comments the staff was incredible helpful.
Very friendly staff and most had good levels of English speaking, only a couple had limited English but this was not a problem, plenty of staff on hand to help and assist for anything, really nice riad with traditional features, lots of seating areas inside and outside on the roof terrace, 2 different outdoor pools and plenty on sun beds as well. Food in the hotel was good, bar service was good as well offer beer and wine and soft drinks. Breakfast was good and enjoyed this everyday. Standard room was slightly on the small side, we changed halfway through our stay to superior room and this was bigger and nicer. overall excellent stay and will be happy to re book at this Riad.
Slight smell of sewage every now and then but nothing bad and no need to complain, Shower was weak.
Beautiful place. Wonderful, accommodating staff who went out of their way to accommodate our unique requests. Felt very secure, and had a lovely atmosphere. Really enjoyed the rooftop terrace and pools - a tranquil escape in the chaos of the medina!

A nice reception, where the staff showed us around. We stayed in the budget rooms and were pleasantly surprised. The room was small but fine establishments with comfortable bedding. Wonderful terrace with small area that became our own. There was breakfast ready for us every morning. The breakfast was good and fresh. The staff suited up and talked with us as often as they had time. Stunning decor throughout the riad. The riad was a haven to return to after excursions and shopping. We will return here again, very soon .Ett trevligt mottagande, där personalen visade oss omkring. Vi bodde I budgetrum och blev glatt överraskade. Rummet var litet men fint inrätt med sköna sängkläder. Underbar terass med liten hörna som blev vår egen. Där stod frukosten dukad på morgonen. Frukosten var god och fräsch. Personalen passade upp och pratade med oss så ofta de hade tid. Fantastisk inredning på hela Riaden. Riaden var en oas att komma tillbaka till efter utflykter och shopping. Vi kommer att återvända hit snart igen.
There was no door to the toilet and shower, nothing we were troubled about, but should be mentioned when booking. The air conditioning did not work in full and it was a little disturbing with people who sat outside our window and talked. Det saknades dörr till toalett och dusch, inget vi besvärades av, men borde omtalas vid bokning. Luftkonditioneringen funkade inte fullt ut och det var lite störande med folk som satt utanför vårt fönster och pratade.

The place looks amazing, lots of common chill out areas with lots of character. The staff were great, the manager is lovely and the chef created a meal for us at late notice.
Our room had no key/lock. The toilet, shower and bedroom are all one room. Hard to find in the alleys. Local streets are chaotic.

Paid for hammam services and although goppage scrub was adequate , steam was nonexistent.
The Riad was a typical Moroccan place and right inside the madena. The decor was lovely
I really felt quite unsafe. It was a part of the madina that even the taxi driver did not want to go into.
The riad is amazing: the terrace has beautiful spots where you can have breakfast or dinner, the solarium is gorgeous and the view is one of the most beautiful in town. In the room the shower was open to the bed:amazing. Breakfast was sumptuous and always different.
The neighborhood is pretty popular:if you're traveling with a girl friend like me, be a little bit careful after 10pm. The riad is not so clean as we wish.

The somehow borderline professionalism of the chief receptionist: a documented change of arrival dates was denied before been recognised and a less friendly global attitude. A resistance to service breakfast at 07h an a relatively poor breakfast in quantity & quality

Most of the staff were very friendly and it was a very stylish hotel. Ishmael the manager was very polite and helpful.
The location in the old city is dreadful, when you step out the front door it's like being in an Indiana jones film! In the sorrounding small streets you are constantly harnessed by want to be guides, shop keepers or beggars.
