Any hotel on this stretch of Tulum beach can't fail to have a
'wow' factor so Rosa del Viento is no exception. The views of
the sea and proximity to the sand are fabulous. The beach furniture is

The night we arrived was stormy but a warm and friendly staff made you feel welcome and a comfortable bed awaited us. I cannot say enough about the staff, from the owner Máximo and the front desk , Josep and Diana to the restaurant cadre, Jose Manuel, Marcos, Teodoro, and all the rest.It was a magical stay and although it seemed at times we were in splendid isolation, even that was fantastic with the ocean at our feet and the wind in the palms..we will definitely do it again and highly recomend

Loved our beachside cabana. It was so romantic, especially as we had to use candle light after the sun set. Really loved having outside baths whilst taking in the breathtaking sea views (advise mosquito repellent!!). We particularly enjoyed being braced by the warm sea breeze whilst sitting on our private balcony. Felt thoroughly relaxed lounging on the swings too. Fantastic location near to great restaurants and stunning beaches.

We had a cabana right on the beach, maybe 50 feet from the water. The beach, water, and view were breathtaking. The ocean breeze was great to keep us from being too hot. It's perfect, if you value the raw beauty of nature, over amenities. The staff was super nice & the food & cocktails were really good, even by my spoiled NYC standards

It was a wonderful stay. We enjoyed every minute at the Hemingway. The location is outstanding, the breakfast (included) and the food delicious, and the staff very attentive and friendly indeed. The owner, Paola, was fantastic. Wonderful place for pets too. Looking forward to coming back to the Hemingway when we get a chance!

We stayed at the Posada Yum Kin in November and extended our stay.
The accommodation is beautiful, the rooms have character, and the service is excellent.
Liz, the manager, was particularly great - really helpful and friendly. She made our stay memorable.
Breakfast each morning was lovely.
The hotel is a bit out of the town but we didn't find this a problem, and you can hire bikes if you want to - they'll get you everywhere you need.
Already recommending to others.

We had a wonderful stay for 3 nights.
We booked this hotel the day before we get to Tulum. As there was only one room left at that moment, we were bit anxious if it has really been booked, but when we arrived and told the staff, Ariel, that we booked here last night, he mentioned our names!
Ariel was always helpful and spoke perfect English.

Big comfortable apartment, and good for using bikes. We cycled to the ruins on a good cycle path - 10 mins, and to the beach a good cycle path for most of the way and then on road, about 20 mins. It was easy to get to a good choice of restaurants, and plenty of shops. The gift artesan shops were fairly priced. I got a bit worried when we arrived as it is close to the big crossroads, but it was set back a little on a near side road. We were OK wlaking to restaurants, although some folk might

The staff are exceptional here - friendly and welcoming. I don't normally join many group exercise or entertainment activities but I loved it here. The resort is 7km north of the Tulum ruins, so you can easily visit from there. Also the casa cenote which is only a short bike ride down the road is worth a visit - the resort has free bike rental by the way! It's a new resort that has just opened so there may not be many reviews yet but I would definitely recommend. I can't wait to return here mys
