We loved the 2 bedroom suite. It was very compfortable. The beds were very compfortable.

It was too far from where we wanted to go.

Well located at DF, near Polanco area. The apartment is wide, comfortable and well equipped with fridge, kitchen, electric oven and dish washer, even an iron. Ideal for families. A taxi service available from the front desk, safe and reliable. The breakfast is included and is good. WiFi available, safe at the room. Staff very helpful. Valet parking available, free of charge.

The safe was not working, broked.

The indifference of the personnel at the front desk and the garage. Their attitude is as if we, the patrons, were a burden to the hotel.

Staff was great. Lady in day shift helped a lot. Everybody else were very pleasant as well. Safe taxi. No overcharges. Breakfast was very good! Super!

They should put more effort in Restaurant.

Reasonable price for amount of space.

Internet connection was not reliable. No desk in bedroom. Water pressure not the best. Jacuzzi and steam room/sauna ar sub-standard.
