Room was great, very comfortable and pretty clean. Hotel staff was very kind.
Breakfast buffet is poor. It could be improved.
Did not know in advance about the 5th floor executive extras!

Hotel itself deserves a visit. It´s a romantic, profirian building in the best area in Mérida.
did not support ur fare paid almost 200 usd for stay u did not justify your fare and i was screwed for 200 plus

Club lounge was not as good as hoped lacked any atmosphere and choice.
Near attractions and close to ADO bus station ,PASEO MONTEJO, breakfast starts early.
Our friends on different floor would of had to pay for water &coffee but we paid the same for both rooms.

Is not as well maintained as could be - tray of old food + dishes left for 1 day outside room + furball of hair in hallway for 2 days! Small fridge no longer in rooms.

* Even though we asked for breakfast in our letsbookhotel.com reservation, no one knew about it. * We booked a double room for 2 people - everything was prepared for 1. * Dust everywhere. Faucets probably cleand once a week if so. Some trash left by prior guest was still on the bathroom floor (cosmetic wrappings etc). I hope they have changed bedclothes after last guest. Cleanliness is not their advantage.
