I booked for a 3-night stay at the superior room, looking at the existing photos thinking it might be a bit run down. But to my delight, I was placed at the premier floor, where the rooms/ floor(s) apparently have been refurbished. It was a big room, and so was the bathroom. I cant express how great the stay at the Pacific Regency was, I found the staff very friendly and accommodating always willing to help and assist, the Hotel was immaculate, great food, awesome breakfast, rooms had a kitchenette which was great also a large fridge (very rare to find full size fridge) I have 3 children under 3 1/2 Years old and had heaps of room to play in the room which also included a extra bed and cot. I will definitely stay again with the family infact organizing another trip

We liked that they made up a sofa bed for our 4 year old. The pool bar was great and our daughter enjoyed her jet lag while jigging with hipsters of KL late into the night. The view of the towers from the bar is great. If shopping is your thing then it's right beside a huge mall. And 2 minutes walk to the aquarium but to be honest it was a bit depressing.
We were only there for two nights with one full day so I can't really say if it's a great location. You can't get more central though.

Loved how the staff weren't intrusive but were kind and efficient in their service. We had our airline tickets printed - as offered by the front office, free of charge. The cookware and utensils were sufficient, making it feel like home. Check in and check out was quick and fast. Check in was no problem, rooms were reasonably sized and the tv unit was simple but good. The rooms were also very quiet. Some rooms have windows, others don't, I personally don't think that should make or break your stay here. The location could not be better, just an 8 minute walk from the major transportation hub of the city, couldn't really get better than that! This hotel was also close to a bar and a liquor store, something you can't find a lot of in KL.

Really nice hotel. The room was big with large windows. The view was okay not bad but okay.
The location is perfect, about 10-15 min walk to the twin tower. There is a subway station just 2 min from the hotel, so you don't need to spend your money for taxis or being stuck in the traffic.
The breakfast buffet was good as well, many choices.

Large, spacious room, comfortable bed and pillow selection available.

Close to a shopping mall and a few eateries down stairs.
Good value, 10-15min walk to the Twin Petronas Towers and main shopping, 2min walk to train station. A handy supermarket across from the station in the shopping mall was ideal for cheap supplies.

Friendly staff, rapid check in/out despite it was rush season, room & hotel faciliteies all in 18th. Floor. The hotel is a 5 starts, staff friendly and always smiling.
The breakfast is amazing with a lot of variety I really love it specially the bakery section was really lovely
Room is specious and clean
Kids club is nice but not for free 20 MR for the first hour then 15 MR per hour
The hotel is in the heart of shopping area opposite there Pavillon and with 2- 5 mints walking there are 4 to 5 big shopping malls and nice restaurants
