I like the fact that we were upgraded to a deluxe room and that the room was very spacious. The television also had many channels and the reception for all the channels was clear. The breakfast was also ala-carte so this saved us from eating too much. There was also a sofa that could be turned into a flat mattress. The hotel is also located near some halal restaurants but you do have to use a car to reach all these places.

The staff is very kind and helpful. The rooms are clean, tidy and spacious and it's a 1 minute stroll to the beach. If you walk a bit further (about 3 to 4 minutes) further, you will find coral beach which you will practically have for yourself. Good deal, would recommend. -

It was a beautiful resort, with wooden furniture everywhere. There wasnt any TV in the room but it more than made up with the spacious room, clean wooden furniture and bright bathroom. The room was excellent, the housemaids were extremely helpful, but the
reception staff leave a lot to be desired, they were unfriendly to the
point of rudeness.
A faulty refrigerator was fixed immediately.

I stayed here when I had a sportive event which was held nearby. Here are a few positive things I would like to share:-
1) Staff - The moment you step in the staff are extremely helpful
2) Bike Storage :- They have a huge secure carpark to store your bikes which I love
3) Food Map :- ask for food map ! They will assist you in finding the best foo

It's great value for money. Rooms are clean and perfectly adequate.
Parking facilities available. 7-11 right next door and Pusing Seafood
Restaurant just behind the hotel.
Breakfast at the cafe was surprisingly nice. Didn't expect such a quaint cafe in a hotel like this.
Ladies at the reception were very helpful in giving out directions to places of visit.

The pictures are true representations of the actual place, but some might have difficulties in finding the place. It is not a building by itself, but the corner part of a shop lot. Best landmark to know you are at the right place would be either Lucky Hotel, Jalan CM Yusoff, or most accurate, it is at the shop lot across Kim Bali.

Convenient location about 8-10mins walk to coach pick up/drop off area along Jalan Bendahara (Sri Maju, Grassland, Super Nice, Five Star Tours coach). 10-20mins walk to most popular eateries (Lou Wong - 10mins walk, Ming Court and Tong Shui Gai - 15 to 20mins walk). Apartment was clean and large (corner unit), with comfortable bed.

The rooms I booked were spacious which include a lounge or day bed which an extra pax can sleep without requesting for additional bed. Night spa was great with different temperature pools. I enjoyed the place with both my family and friends. Shops and restaurants located nearby the hotel. -

Everything here! The room is clean and nice, the bedsheets and blankets
etc are all clean and the breakfast is awesome! Parking within hotel
compound is provided too. I would say we enjoyed the time we had there

The facilities are good enough for a family to stay comfort. I don't need to find a laundry shop or go out to find something for lunch or dinner because you really can do it in your apartment or buy something from the Cold Storage at the Lower Ground Floor.
The pool quite big enougj and my children really love it. I'm going to stay right here again on my next visit to Penang.
