I loved the location of hotel, maybe not outside area but it was handy to buses and all areas when walking. The Hotel was beautiful only 9 rooms and staff very attentive. Breakfast was delicious. Scrambled eggs and Nasi Lemak was out of this world! -

Great location - it was a few blocks away from Gurney drive. Palaquinn
is also in the area of very good food! Such as the Pulau Tikus market,

ans open air bathroom, I felt like I had the whole house to myself.
Great privac -
The heritage house is very pretty, décoration inside is tasteful and original. Location is not in the historical centre but a 10min bus ride leads there easily, safely and cheaply until late at night. More over, staff is super friendly, super helpful and super sweet.

The Dwell is a lovely place to relax and enjoy local life. There are
many nearby food choices from famous hawker stands to restaurants of all
variety. It's an easy ride on the bus to downtown Georgetown and a
nice distance from it's crowds. The staff is excellent. Jennifer

The staff is very friendly and helpful. At our arrival, the staff handed
us city maps with the different locations to see in town and the place
to eat the different food specialities from Penang.
They have also helped us to rent a motorbike and arranged the pick up from airport.
The hotel is located on a very charming street with traditional houses.
Hotel room is very clean and well furnished (AC, TV, ...)

The unexpected funky interior design of the hotel is worth the praise.
The owner and her staff were really friendly and helpful too;
understanding and accommodating. We travelled as a group friends so we
had to book 3 rooms and got the whole unit to ourselves which was
awesome. The king size bed on the ground floor room is real comfortable
and the breakfast they served is very fulfilling and tasty. Location is

I booked for two nights but liked it so much I stayed four! The
Hostel inaugurated in Christmas Day, 2012! The building itself was
almost 100 years old, nicely remodeled to retain the charm of old
family homes, high ceiling and well-located atriums. Because of the

I had a great time at Muntri House despite a little problem with the
overflowing of water coming from the bathroom sewega system. But they
were able to fix it. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and
the place is ideal for walking around the area, shopping, mall, eating
and enjoying native Malaysian and Chinese food delicacies on street
especially at night.

I like everything about the hotel! Love the saltwater infinity pool!
Even though the swimming pool quite small, but its size is just nice for
us to swim while enjoying the view. The owner of the hotel, Dr Chew,
upgraded our room twice, for free! He gave us sea view room next to the

The vibrant Balinese architecture & variant interior finishing showed personal touch from the owner. Love our room!!! It's so beautiful!!! Love the bathroom too!!! We noticed that the owner made an effort to create ponds & plant/reserve existing trees albeit a small compound. Location away from the city with beautiful view of the sea & the city centre. Beautiful pool!!! Very friendly & helpful staff (made us feel right at home). Very clean environment. Excellent for honey-mooner
