Staff are very accommodating and answers queries with a smile. The place is clean, comfy bed and pillow, clean bathroom and a quiet place.
Staff were friendly.Good and quite location. Reasonably clean and internet acess.

The counte staff sound arrogant. Lift service was delayed that I have to walk upstair. Morning call not triger. .

Staff themselves also smoke in the hotel although there is a sign of no smoking.

It is not as near to Sunway convention centre as stated 5 minutes
walking distance when you booked online. Feel being cheated as it is not
stated that this particular Best View Hotel is not the branch that is
next to the Sunway Convention center.
