The staff without exception were friendly and helpful and made our stay
easy. The rooms were comfortable, clean and soundproof. The swimming
pool is a great place to de-stress after a long flight and we loved the

The closeness to klia express and ease of getting to the airport -
Very convenient location next to Sentral station makes it so easy to connect to the airports. Great facilities - pools, spa, good restaurants and food choices. I stayed on the executive floor which is always a pleasure. Meridian is attached to the Hilton and you can walk through to use their coffee and food outlets and bars etc.

We liked that they made up a sofa bed for our 4 year old. The pool bar was great and our daughter enjoyed her jet lag while jigging with hipsters of KL late into the night. The view of the towers from the bar is great. If shopping is your thing then it's right beside a huge mall. And 2 minutes walk to the aquarium but to be honest it was a bit depressing.
We were only there for two nights with one full day so I can't really say if it's a great location. You can't get more central though.

My husband & I stayed there for our 1st anniversary . Since it was
school holiday & public holiday we couldnt get any other place to go
because most of the hotel outside kuala lumpur are fully booked . This
villa situated right in the middle of the city & just 5 mins drive

The setting (a peaceful oasis in a big city) and the environment created
within the grounds, pool, garden etc are extraordinary. The staff and
management could not do enough for us. The manager even drove us to the
station (for the airport) early in the morning when our booked taxi
failed to appear. The room was beautifully conceived and decorated,

A superior hotel. Staff are friendly,speak English and are a cheerful
and respectful lot. The kl hilton is in the middle of kl. It has the
main rail station at the door..convenient to go to a lot of places!! A
very good price for the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Staff will do

I love this hotel, for an overnighter between flights it is a much better alternative than the airport hotels as right at central station and much better value, and nicer than Sama Sama at airport. Fabulous comfortable rooms, great bathrooms, upgrades if available and good room service meals. Have stayed a few times now and will always be my go to for short stays in KL, not located centally to Petronis Towers etc but public transport at your doorstep and is right on the extensive KL park netw

Friendly staff, rapid check in/out despite it was rush season, room & hotel faciliteies all in 18th. Floor. Self laundery in each floor cost 18RM only for 6kilo cloths.

The hotel is a 5 starts, staff friendly and always smiling.
The breakfast is amazing with a lot of variety I really love it specially the bakery section was really lovely
Room is specious and clean
Kids club is nice but not for free 20 MR for the first hour then 15 MR per hour
The hotel is in the heart of shopping area opposite there Pavillon and with 2- 5 mints walking there are 4 to 5 big shopping malls and nice restaurants

Probably one of the best hotels we have stayed in kl. We are frequent
travellers to Malaysia and this hotel this time seemed to be a hidden
gem. Slightly outside of klcc perimeter but absolutely at the doorstep
of pwtc lrt. Very convenient to travel to sogo and other shopping malls

Compared to The Nomad SuCasa Hotel, where my sister and I stayed for the
first three nights, Seri Pacific was just awesome and $20 cheaper as
they had discounted rates at that time. We loved everything: very cosy
and clean rooms, great room service, spa was fantastic, most of the
staff was very professional, great view to the hills, railroad, and
canal, good location, despite the mall across the road is under
reconstruction, the hotel is within 25 min walking distance from the
Sogo shops. Break
