It is not my first time to stay in city suite, they keep the high standard every time, excellent staff, excellent location, excellent value for money.
Near to the sea and other main areas...the staff were so good and kind and helpful
There were kitchen facilities...but no kettle or tea or coffee
Basically everything was perfect...! The area is quiet the room was spacious and found out I was upgraded for free.. and definitely a 5 star treatment.. plus easy access to everything around you since its the center of beirut, .. I thank ms joyce that was very lovely helpful..

Location was excellent. Very close to everything. Room size was average, very clean Juice in the reciprocation is awesome
The staff is very friendly specially Miss Joyce at the reception, very fast replay and service, Very nice Breakfast. the location is excellent, the rooms are big and clean with full amenity including espresso machine, I would stay in this hotel on every trip.

Although situated in the western parts of Beirut, the hotel is actually close to Hamra street and from there down town and beyond. Also, the hotel staff is very friendly and willing to help you out.

Staff were Great ! location is really good right infront of the Roucha Rocks ( Kornesh) and is like 12 mins walking from Hamra Street.
The Hotel is located right behind Rotana Hotel and KFC, and the isn't much of a View, only a parking lot .
The hotel in genera is very good and it is the second time I stay there ..
I think the spa services are quite expensive.
Nice suites. Location right by Raouche with grocery stores next door. Can walk to Hamra and Corniche. Starbucks also nearby. Large parking lot which is rare in downtown Beirut. Coffee, tea in room. Nice staff!

The location was fantastic, just minutes from Bay Rock and the Corniche, room was great size and really comfortable but very best thing about this hotel was the staff. I had some emergency paperwork that needed to be completed and Joyce and the other front desk staff were beyond amazing at making whatever I needed happen. Once that was out of the way they at every turn did everything possible to make our stay memorable.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. From the hotel it's only a 5 minutes to the coastline, the Raouche rocks, lots of coffee shops and the corniche if you fancy a pleasant stroll.
Woken up at 4.00amish 3 out fo 4 mornings by noisy neighbours returning after a night of revelry. I don't blame the hotel. They staff did what they could. It's simply frustrating when people are not considerate of others.
I liked the location of the hotel which was near many attractions. The parking area is good. The hotel rate was v.good.
The room is too small. The bathroom is narrow. The staff was not that much experienced.

this is a upgraded 2 stars hotel, nice, but don't expect a 4 stars. very small badroom. tiny shower with curtain, when you shower the entire bathroom gets flooded. the taxi of the hotel is expensive, you can better take a normal taxi. poor quality breakfast. noisy in the night from outside (but that is Beirut)
Yahya and a few of the staff members were professional and helpful.
Several staff members do not speak any English or French, or poorly, so communication is stressful.(Also in Beirut in general-stressful and better to speak Arabic).
