We were doing a Michelin starred restaurant tour in Tokyo and the
manager of Customer Relation was extremely helpful. After a dozen emails
going back and forth, cancellation and reschedule, she mangaged to help
us to book some really fine restaurants. We couldn't ask for more.

I went straight to the hotel after arriving at Narita Airport. I must say that the location is just fantastic. From the airport, airport limousine dropped us off at the Ambassador Hotel which is within walking distance to the hotel. From the hotel, DisneySea Park is just 10 minutes away by foot while Disneyland is easily reachable via shuttle buse

The hotel is literally adjacent to Shinagawa station, so it enables easy access to all desirable destinations, be they airports, shopping areas, temples or gardens. Beautiful interior design. Efficient and welcoming staff. Very comfortable room, good views, superb bed and large shower/bath area. Excellent location next to Shinagawa Station which is very convenient to sightsseing areas as well as for the shinkansen and the Narita Express. This is a top Hotel.

breakfast ok(especially hot corn-water!!!). Room - someone can say -

Free slippers and Kimono style robe. The room was cleaned every day. Large TV approx 32 inches. Free wi-fi and internet cafe style area. Safe and secure. Miniature tub perfect for a relaxing soak after a hard day out and about. 7/11 on hand for convenience items 50 m away. Perfect.

The staff is helpful and they speak English very well. I checked-in late at night (around 10.30 pm) but they have midnight staff ready waiting for me. It's awesome.

This cute little place made my first stay in Tokyo so comfortable and impressive. The room was clean and i really love the bed and blanket...so comfy!! The staffs were also very nice and helpful. Very good location just about 3-5 minutes from metro. Wonderful^^

The staff were really polite here. The price is good for Tokyo and it's only about a 10 minute walk from Ikebukuro Station which is nice. The rooms are on the smaller side but they're pretty standard for Tokyo.

The room had a dedicated air-conditioner that worked very well and a large LED TV! The beds were also soft and comfortable. It was a 5 minute walk from the Sumiyoshi subway station exit A4. It was about 25 minutes (Including walking) on the subway to Tokyo JR Station. It had also lovely walking paths along the river nearby and in the nearby parks.

Good location near JR Line, walkable (30 min) to downtown although a bit far from the fuzz. Has good restaurants nearby which are quite good and affordable. Spotlees room and great amenities. Very small, but expected for Tokyo. Very functional room though. -

Quiet location but easily accessible to Shiodome and Shinbashi areas. It is a short walk to the monorail station if arriving from Haneda airport. It is possible to walk to Ginza area in 20mins. Hotel was clean and the rooms spacious for Tokyo standards. They now provide free WiFi in the rooms as well as wired internet. The WiFi worked pretty well.
