  Convenient & close to Narita airport, with a free and timely shuttle bus to and from the hotel. Room was clean & comfortable, sand good food in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast.   Since we are a family of four, I had to book two rooms and for the price I got a very good deal. The rooms were small but I knew it when I booked but there was still a little sofa in teh room where a child could sleep. The rooms were clean and the shower was great. We got the room with breakfast and I donot remember if it came with the room (I - I stayed for 2 nights before flying home. It was a "real adult hotel" very posh. Lovely place. I liked the wee garden with the patio even though it was too windy to use it when I was there. There are a couple very posh resturants which I didn't use but there is also a less pricey eatery on the basement level and you can also always get hot chips from the vending machine. Also coin laundry to use. The room was very nice and had the deepest bath I have ever met. There is also a bus that takes you
