  Good value for money with a few free things thrown in like washing, bicycle etc. You have to look for it on the notice board. I wasn't told and by the time I found out, it was too late for me to utilise. - Excellent location near JR station and bus station. Supermarket and quite a few restaurants & onsen within walking distance.

  LA sympathie du propriétaire Le breakfast excellent et different chaque jour - The owner was nice and provided us pick up / drop off at the train station when we requested (when we arrived we asked a lady at the Aso station information center to notify the hotel). The breakfast was excellent. Hotel has 2 private hot water baths (one outdoors), Ja... ce que les gens disent » panese and European restaurants are 10 mins walk from the hotel. Japanese onsen is in the same area as the restaurants are and is very nice - recommended. - Love the onsen! Perfect after a cold day up snowy Mt Aso! And it can be reserved so no worries about showing your naked butt to strangers. The staff are ok with a bit of English, but they're real friendly. Kudos to them for recommending the nice kaiseki restaurant just down the road. Breakfast is delicious. Room was spacious.

  The indoor onsen was lovely! A little small but very nice and relaxing, gender-separated, and very hot! I could've spent hours and hours in there. The staff spoke English well enough, and were kind enough to let me leave my heavy backpack at the hostel even after I checked out so I could make a day trip to Yufuin. They also provide a good list of ... ce que les gens disent » attractions, spas, and restaurants to go visit. Great great value for your money. - The staff is very friendly and helpful. When we arrived, they were outside doing a nagashi somen/BBQ event. Met some very nice people there. You also get a free drink ticket for a bar nearby. We paid for a shared twin room, but we had our own bathroom. There's also an onsen downstairs. The hostel is very close to the station and there's parking, too! I highly recommend this place.

  The staff at the hostel are very helpful and provided me with useful information for our ongoing trip around Kyushu. They will also do a load of laundry for you for 200 yen but you will either have to hang the clothes of the roof or spin dry at the laundromat close by. Would definately stay here again. - Really friendly and relaxed staff made us feel at home. They also go to a lot of trouble help give their guests the low down on interesting local information to get the best out of Nagasaki. We loved the 'how to make a paper crane' chart in the lounge area.

  Wonderful, right in the city location. An easy twenty minute walk from the main station or cheap cab ride, easy two stop subway ride. - very very clean bathroom ,toilet.very sastisfy for this price we paid.we will back again.
