Sapporo Grand is an excellent Hotel with Excellent service.
We stayed 2 nights and wished we could stay longer.
We first met staff member Hideto Sawagashira at the front desk. Even though they were very Busy the staff, in Particular Mr Sawagashira made us feel at ease and made our stay Fantastic.

My husband and I stayed at Sapporo Grand hotel from Oct 31 to Nov 4. We really love this hotel, room is comfortable and cleanliness,excellent service in front desk staffs. the most important thing is location is very convenient. I would like to thank Mr kimio Mori, assistant manager of inbound sales sects., he helped us to make a call to airline to clarify some of our questions before leaving for new chitose airport. without his kind helps,we might have some troubles in airports.

Very convenient coming from Chitose Airport as the airbus bus-stop is right in front of ANA hotel! We were given a twin bedded room on the 15th floor. Chalet Ivy Hotel is a beautiful building in Kutchan; the room is very new, clean and modern; we can see a peace and beautiful Mt. Yotei from the room; the bed are soft and comfortable, all staffs can speak a good standard English, they are friendly and helpful. I take this opportunity of thanking them, especially is Mr Jung, he provided us many suggestions for the trip planning once we booked the hotel.
