  We had an awesome stay for 2D1N. The staffs were very friendly and sincere. There are a few of them who could speak very good English. We are vegetarian, we indicated on our hotel booking request but upon arrival, the staff double checked with us the type of vegetarian we are and the chef prepare the most impressive 8-course dinner and breakfast f... ce que les gens disent » or us. Meals are served at the L2 restaurant but the lady staff made great effort to explain to us what each dishes is and how we should eat them. We - The hotel was just excellent. We stayed a couple of days in the center of Kyoto and decided to come to this hotel for one night of relaxation and we loved it! A lot of staff which were very friendly and attentive. Spacious rooms and excellent food quality. The dinner and breakfast were amazing and the onsen great. We had a full body massage though expensive it was one of the best I've ever had.
