Rooms have either mountain or sea view to choose from.The toilets are well stock with reasonably good quality toiletries.It is connected to a big mall that has good shopping and dining choices,and a movie theatre.   We had a canal view room (the otaru canal is just across the road). I like the room very much, it's clean and spacious, toilet and bath room are separated.   The room was clean and nice with free multi-charger for my phone. There were also free onsen for men/women. The kids love going to the onsen. The free ramen at 9.30 pm everyday was delicious and the buffet breakfast was good with wide selections. The counter staff was very helpful with the city map and directions.
