  I loved the fact that the hotel was located right behind the JR station. That was a huge plus! To add on, the hotel was close to the shopping malls! There was even an onsen which was free for all guests, though it was rather small. the rooms were alright, clean, but not very spacious. Wifi was provided at the lobby.   Amazing location. Just a few minutes walk from the gardens and castle. There is also a Seattle's Best cafe in the lobby so if you need caffine. The staff provided me with an english brochure Kanazawa. with a map of the surrounding sites of interest, bus routes, and suggestions for dinner. But other people may want to be notified. One other thing - This hotel has communal baths and I took 2/day. It was very hot in the daytime so it was great to have the hot batch when we returned from a ay's sightseeing. Hotel has buses out front including sightseeing city loop bus. Lobby cafe has rare reasonable coffee including cappuccino.

  Excellent location-15 minute walk from kanazawa station; 20 minute walk to katamachi, which is the shopping and restaurant district. Opposite the Omicho market. 20 minute walk to Kenrokuen garden. Spacious guest room, very clean and nice decor. Hotel staffs speak good English, very friendly and helpful.

  Across the street from the jr station and an otherwise convenient location for getting around the city. Rooms were very clean and spacious (deluxe twin room). Rooms are also all above 18th floor, ours had a nice view of the city. Good value for the price. - Excellent hotel and staff. Included breakfast buffet was one of the best we've had and we've had many. Clean rooms with Western style bathrooms. We were upgraded, and the bathroom was actually luxurious. Very convenient location across the street from the train station. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

  A very comfortable and convenient hotel. The room was great, nice beds and a wonderful shower. We enjoyed an evening in the room with friends sitting comfortably in front of the window absorbing the view with wine and cheese. The location was perfect for transportation to all the sites and the staff was very accommodating and friendly.   Stayed in single room on 3rd floor. Room was nicely furnished and there was very good storage, especially for such a small room. Room had fridge, TV, alarm clock, toiletries, hair dryer, razor, comb, torch, shoe horn, etc. Several electric sockets located around the room. Air conditioning was excellent and the bed one of the most comfortable I have slept in for years. Hotel is in very good location for sites an - This hotel was easy to reach by bus and situated in the middle of the city. The appearence of the room was very fancy with some nice design. The bathroom was very clean and fancy with a bath and a shower. The region around the bed was rather small, but since we were sightseeing the whole day and didn't spend much time in the hotel, we didn't mind this.
