the room was much bigger than i thougt and very clean, we even could open 2 luggage in the same time and still had small path to walk. Location was convenient and there is a convenient store just right other side of hotel~ -

We loved our corner room at the back side of the hotel with a nice view.
We stayed in 8 different hotels around Japan (3 in Tokyo), and this was
one of the best for the price. -
I left some money in my room and some documents. They went beyond what is necessary to return them to me.
Fabulous service.

Very close to Asakusa and Ginza metro lines which get you a lot of places very easily. Staff spoke some english but I get the impression this hotel is more oriented towards local or business travel. They were very friendly and helpful however, and stored our luggage for us after we checked out while we were out. Rooms were spotlessly clean, and

Rooms were clean, compact, and modern. The bed mattress was fabulous and water pressure was great. The staff was very pleasant and tried everything possible to assist. We were about 10-15 minutes from Tokyo Station and taxi costs ranged from 840-1360 yen depending on which exit you were picked up from.

It's a nice place to enjoy your trip!
Besides the hotel a charmous, typical restaurant to taste japanese Style food.
Nearby a Suidobashi station you can eat good em cheap fast food.
They have laundry service, wi-fi and "takyubin" to send baggage to our next hotel !

We don't know about food, because we didn't taste -
Superior king room (24 sq meters) was comfortably furnished, with
excellent bed and pillows. Location is close to Suidobashi jr station,
one of the minor and less crowded lines, just 10 minutes from Shinjuku.
Tokyo Dome and LaQua spa and onsen are just behind the station. Good
service from conceirge who got me a seat at the famous Kyubey restaurant
at Ginza weeks before I arrived.

the hotel is great, big comfortable and very well located. rooms are nice although a bit small for 5 stars but i guess it is normal for tokyo. hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful. there is a shattle bus going from narita directly to the hotel and back.although it is not free it is significantly cheaper than taxi and more convenient than trai

Staff service so helpfull when we reached late in night on 30 june 2013.

ENLISH LANGUAGE UNDERSTANDING OF RECEPTION STAFF WAS GOOD SO WE MANAGED EASILY -

The bed was super comfy, and two huge TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the living room, both rooms had city view of the river and the high rise buildings.

Staff always very welcoming and efficient. Location is excellent being right at a major transport hub. We appreciated the very easy access from both Narita and Haneda airports. Shopping malls and eateries are everywhere around. Room was very
spacious and clean. Called house-keeping for child slippers for my
daughters and were delivered within 10 minutes. The house-keeping staff

Hotel is in a quiet situation in business-area Akasa. 8 floors, functional building. Shopping, entertainment, dining, at 5 minutes to walk.
Room 507 is a twin-room with a view to the city, no balcony. Room is well equipped but small: normal for Tokyo. very little storage-room for clothing/bags: normal for Japan.

The staff were excellent. The service, especially by the front desk staff was amazing-always ready and quick to assist whenever needed. The hotel location-close to both Mita and Tamachi train stations- is very convenient. This is a lovely hotel by any standards. I'd definitely stay here again whenever I'm back in Tokyo. -
