  The owners are really polite and helpful. The location is perfect. The common bathrooms are generally clean (of course it depends on the usage of other hosts). Though in the interior streets the location is just very good for budget travellers. Especially this guy called Harry at the reception was too helpful. Since its a restored palace, the rooms - The location of the hotel was perfect, only 10 minutes from San Marco's which is far close enough to easily reach and far enough away to get away from the noisy crowds. Room was basic but functional and thank goodness the AC worked because outside it was 38 degrees C. Breakfast was very good and the staff were very helpful.

  This was a fantastic place to stay and I would, without question, stay here again. The location is brilliant: a 7 minute walk to San Marco square and it is again a 7 minute walk to the vaporetto stops which connect you with all parts of Venice. The bathroom was a shared one but it was literally a door away. The bathroom had a bath and shower - The staff was so friendly and helpful, it felt like home to our Children instead of a hotel. The family room was large and comfortable, and it's a 5 minute walk to San Marco square. There is a grocery store, laundromat and many shops and restaurants located very close. We will recommend to all our friends with children.
