Fabio was a delight, and Luke must be the most friendly and positive Italian guy we have met on our trip :) The room we had was one with a view (ask for second building) and required walking up some stairs, but we did not mind! Excellent facilities within a small space, very large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, full size cooker. Beautiful main bedroom finished with net drapes making the bed look like a four poster!!   Fantastic location (5-10 minutes to St Marco Square) and super friendly and helpful staff. Mario happily greeted us for a very late 11:30 PM check-in when our flight was delayed. A lovely breakfast of cheese, meat, eggs, fruit, pastries, cereals, juice and coffee/tea. Room was large and airy with a private courtyard. We were also given lots of tips on travel to less frequented outer islands on the vaporetto - For the price, it had just about everything. The shower room was spacious and well heated; the bedroom was fine; the breakfast room served a good range of food (although the bread was dry on one morning of our 4-day stay); the location was well-nigh perfect. Being able to store baggage after checking out was a boon.

Nous remercions très fort Giacomo qui nous a permis de profiter a 100% de notre séjours d'amoureux. L'hôtel est au centre de tout avec un accès direct au Grand Canal qui est la plus belle avenue du monde.   The location was excellent. Just a few minutes from 2 vaporetto stations (waterbuses). Getting around was so easy, whether by vaporetto or walking, with something new around every corner. Carlo, our host was a wonderful gentleman, speaking excellent English and very helpful with all our questions. Breakfast was very good, with plenty to eat. Nearby are lovely shops and restaurants, we can highly recommend San Trovano Taverna, for great food and p - Carlo was fabulous-- we discovered a problem with our airline tickets at the airport which meant an additional night in Venice (even though we'd already checked out of the hotel that morning), Carlo graciously said he he could put us up for the night saying, "it will be nice to visit with you again." He was also helpful with finding an open pharmacy on a Sunday and answering our many questions.
