Maria (from the reception) - you are one and only. Rarely you meet such people
With your care, your help, your kind and your smile, we felt like your own private guests - thank you so much.
The hotel has a perfect location, close
to everywhere but still silence and special.
The room and the bed are comfort and clean.
Excellent location- we admired the statutes of the neighboring church from the bed. Nice people working there. Good location. I measured and it is 700 m from S Mark square through the maze of Venice which is good by local standards. I would recommend the place without hesitation.tous commentaires »
It was a nice stay. Location is perfect, very near to San Marco. Easy to arrive from santa Lucia (around 20 minutes of walk).
Marina , the receptionist, is just wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. I will definteley recommend this hotel.
Location is great, really as said 5 minutes from Marco sq. People in
the hotel very friendly. Even I placed a few negative comments I still
think the hotel is nice and fair for the price. On the end this is not
a 5* hotel :-).
The bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean. Breakfast was brought up to us each morning at the time that we requested. We could look out upon a church. The location was a short walk to sights.
Very clean and comfortable room, with a tasty breakfast delivered to your room! Excellent coffee and a good location in a slightly quieter part of town. I would highly recommend it!.
In a very good location, between Rialto and S. Marco with helpful and kind stuff.
The room was as the description, clean and we had breakfast in our room.
The location was great. Very short walk to San Marco. The staff was excellent, Marina was very helpful. The rooms were really clean.
Personnel is very friendly, helpful and ready to suggest more than expected upon availability of options.
Location, clean, moderate cost for Venice, nicely decorated.
Very friendly people and a good city location.
Clean, good breakfast and very good location.

the location is good near the st Marco and Royalto
the breakfast is OK.
The lady at the reception was really great! Din manage to get her name thou.. She was always ready to help n provide u w tips. The location is great! 10 mins walk to SMarco n Rialto.
The desk clerk was there to check us in when we arrived.
no wifi, breakfast should be a little more varied.
Carpets or wood floor in the rooms are required.
Rooms are not exactly soundproof - while noise does not come from the street, the light sleepers may wake up to the noise of the neighbor. Not too bad though, earplugs are fine. The place is very quiet in general.
The only 2 minor things that I can mention, is that it was a bit cold at night. Another thing, that can be a great plus for a couple, but a bit inconvenient for a group, was the breakfast that is being served to room.
- Breakfast, really no too tasty. Definitely there were no fresh
croissants... I do not mind not to have them but I do mind to read I
will have them and not to ...Specially the packed bread was untasty...
- payment method. The credit card was charged correct amount but without any agreement the hotel charges my card i gave to letsbookhotel.com for the guarantee.
- wifi worked only next to the reception and not too well.
There's no elevator, so guests with heavy luggage might have a time of it getting their bags up the stairs.
The internet doesn't work in the room, but worked in the lobby.
Wifi didn't reach our room!.
Our room was really small. The breakfast could be better. There were no fresh croissants as it was written in the hotel info page. Except these details we really enjoyed our stay.
Breakfast is served to the room. We asked breakfast for 8-30am and during entire stay we always were getting it at 8-10am before everyone managed to shower, so some of us weer getting cold coffee.
Noisy street, small room, different levels in room (step down to room from door and up to bathroom).
internet did not work well.
Nothing.
it is difficult to find and very far from the train station but you can follow the signs of a hospital which has the same name to reach the hotel.
the rooms don't have a TV or mini bar.
The room is cold.. Dun ve a home feeling. The breakfast is really not to our liking although it's v nice that it's delivered right on time to our room at the time we specified. No fresh bread.. There is no tv, n no good wifi. Wifi works weakly at the stairs area only...
We never again saw the desk clerk after checking in & knew of no way to get a hold of her should have needed to do so. The room had a street lamp mounted on the side of the building just outside our room with inadequate curtains to block out the light. The breakfast was a prepackaged joke that was barely edible.
